Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed at this property.
  • This is a dog friendly home. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. For 2 dogs, the pet fee is $450. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, sofa, or beds. Damages and extra cleaning fees apply for violations.
  • Maximum occupancy: 12 occupants. Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
  • Tenant on the Agreement/Booking must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the property during the entire tenancy.
  • No events or parties allowed. If it is determined that a party or event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given. If a party took place during the reservation, the guest will be charged $500.
  • Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
  • Please review the cancellation policy. Insurance is recommended.
  • House Rules: No smoking allowed. Minimum age: 25 years. Children allowed. No events allowed.
  • Top bunk is for children only.
